Gibbs seems to be more excited about the prospect of using them than Roland on the onset. Piiiig! Piggle! Hig!, the little one continues to purr atop his perch; Roland as the higgledy's personal platform to catapult as it wishes, when it wants.

But the talk of it draws a similar memory from the past, and he's in company that allows his honesty to shine through, the quirk of his brow somewhere between different shades of amused. "So they're kind of like trip doors, huh?" Roland shakes his head, chuckling. "Though having to use something with a...fuzzy middle doesn't sound so appealing."

Whatever happened to just using a spell to magic their way from point A to B? As if he's ever had the experience. Alas! Maybe one day.

He follows anyway. When Tidus gestures to the labels, Roland leans closer to read them, each name registering more and more convenient than the last. "Well now. What do we have here?" Roland mutters quietly, fingers grazing over the words as his eyes skim the entire roster of places to go to. Only after his interested assessment of the transgate does he turn back to his companion.
