adregem: (think about it carefully.)

"Well now. That's very nice of you, pro. In that case, I'd be happy to help if you put me to work." Is it just Roland or has he been saying that more and more often these days? Ah, it's not unusual though. Regardless of where he is, Roland is a man suited to the task of serving others. Taiki and Inigo were worried sick about him too, that time. This seems fitting for all of them, a way to reconcile things better left unsaid.

Roland almost wipes his hands on his pants, but remembers the most crucial part of cooking: making sure he's spill-proof. He'll make for a quick jog to where the aprons are usually hanged, and randomly picks out the nearest one; ties it with expert fingers at the knot behind his neck and waist before he ties his hair up too. High, in a bun, like it was a process. Now he's ready.

"Spring onions sound good. Whatever you think is best." He helps where he can, arranging similar items and grouping the consumables from the measuring cups. "I didn't know Taiki's a vegan. Hm. Kitty, too. The train should take that into account. Ingredients like strange meat make it difficult for them to eat." And speaking of it, he'll hold the packet in one hand with a strange look on his face. "I cut it up, by the way. Cooking it alone gave off a weird smell, so I mixed it in the beaten egg. I admit that's not part of the recipe but it also called for a different type of meat."
