PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Yes; expect retaliation but not initiation (though this will depend on context or prompt.) I am also OK with this, given proper TW's are respected before delving into gory territory if that's where it's headed.
RELATIONSHIPS: Yes. Nowadays, I tend to play him bisexual. However, do note with discretion that Roland is canonically a 48-year-old male who was forcibly de-aged back into his 20-year-old body, though he retained all of his mature self's personality, memories, and demeanor. I understand that this may not float everyone's boat, and that's completely fine.

PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Not quite psychic, but for characters who are sensitive to matters of the soul, you may notice that Roland's frequency is fragmented or split in half while retaining his wholeness. MAGICAL INFORMATION: Roland is not adept at spellcraft of any kind, though his existence in the Second World grants him some small utility in melee magic however slight. He is also one of the pure-hearted that can see and interact with higgledies - creatures native to Ni no Kuni II.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Roland is in top physical condition thanks to his isekai transformation, able to wield both sword and pistol with relative ease and mastery.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Avoid speaking about infanticide, child death, nuclear warfare, bullying, and disregarding overall health and safety unless your character is interested in having a bad time with Roland.
